IAM Special Assessment
What is the IAM’s Special Assessment Test
The IAM’s ‘Special Assessment’ is for Members only and is designed to be the ultimate Advanced Driving challenge for civilian drivers, offering an opportunity to demonstrate their driving skills to the highest possible standard.
What's Involved ?
• With an Assessment over probably one 90 minutes or two 45 minute drives, with members giving a high standard flowing commentary.
• Members will be asked to answer six questions relating to driving matters and road safety at the conclusion of their drive.
• The IAM Special Assessment is voluntary and is not a Test. Members undertaking it will not be considered to have either "passed or failed" and their continued Membership of the IAM will not be affected.
• The fee to cover management & administration costs is £60.00.
